I currently play a lot of offensive blastoise, really excited for goodra and when it comes out tho

Hey Cris, can you try some hydro pump/surf stacking blastoise as well? Its probs not as good but its always super fun when you burst a swishy with the full combo and they start running, you will win every 1v1 mid-game.
Hitting multi hydro pumps and surfs also can win you teamfights straight up (its like having 2 mini machamp unites). More skill more fun than the rapid spin build

If they wanted to nerf spin, they could have just made it so that you get the unstoppable only with Rapid spin+
As a blastoise main I could say that i really like playing it right now. I usually go double stack and focus band, rapid spin + water spout.

I like thinking of this build as a sort of "Whirlwind" build. It's like Garen or Slay the Spire's Ironclad. The list of characters with a spin attack probably goes on.

I play double stacking blastoise and choice specs. I kill every lane attacker and allrounder are 1 hp when I am done and I finish them with a basic. I love this build and play it when I see my whole team taking attackers..... AVG dmg is 80k it can go up to 120k for me.
Played this build last night against a team with Gardevoir decidueye and dragapult, it was so satisfying
His surf really needs a buff, probably make it the same as mew’s
I just think it needs a tiny buff because it's really good just doesn't feel crazy good which I think is a good way to say it's pretty balanced

You should do the wave pool build. It's when you pick surf blastoise and you lane with a mew that only uses surf agility. It's actually annoying to play against
One thing i would change on blastoise is swaping the order it learns moves, making surf/spin lvl 5 and pump/spout 7
They would need to add an intetaction for rapid spin with water gun tho
I agree, I wish we could learn spin earlier.
As for water gun, we can have it so that Wartortle keeps shooting torrent of watter while spinning that Increases the AOE of the spin and shoves any enemies that get caught are damaged then shoved.
Kinda like pump but continous.

Scope lens, muscle band, rapid fire, and use either red emblems or brown+crit, i have 90% wr in like 150 games

Since R. Scarf was added, I've been playing Hydro Pump + Rapid Spin, with double stacking to go with it. Call it a personal preference, but I like having the burst and zoning ability over the shredding option of Water Spout.
Literally my main exact build I have been running for 2 months straight now. -_- Again.
whenever a try to stack on blastoise the enemy team is determined to stop me from doing so, so I just stopped stacking on blastoise and opted for a shell bell
Blastoise already does absurd amounts of damage for a Pokémon as fat and tanky as he is.

Everyone who thinks Water spout spin does not do enough damage, just keep holding the water spout button while spinning instead of just pressing it.

Yes.
Just pressing it does pathetic damage, you gotta keep holding it during the duration of the spin.
And you can get out of rapid spin earlier by pressing the rapid spin button while spinning.
If you do spin and spout i played it then only one comes out from spin how do i do it btw im on mobile

Blastoise is one of those pokemons I don't feel it does any damage at all... I mean with water spout and rapid spin? I feel it doesn't do anything at all even if I smash the hell out of water spout. I dont know man, I like surf better...
