It’s varied. This venue actually offered a “Fast Pass” for $20 that let you enter first, and I paid for it and was first in the Fast Pass line. At most venues, getting there 75-90 minutes before doors has been sufficient to have a very good chance of being on the rail (and it’d basically guarantee you won’t be worse than second row, from what I’ve seen). At most venues, it seems like a few people (not me) line up as many as 3-4 hours before doors.
