My fur baby cat of 14.5yrs passed away yesterday.. I spent most of the day distraught and crying. I was so tired but didn't seem to want to sleep so I googled asmr comfort and found this video. Turns out I just needed a friend to sit and talk with me until I fell asleep. Thanks for helping me release the pain for a minute.

I had never had to make the decision myself or be there when a pet passed. Something my mom protected me from growing up that I wish she hadn't. I miss that cat all the time, but my little family is doing well. Thank you for taking the time to connect with me. ❤

All German Shepherds have their ears unevenly floppy at different times as they grow. As their jaws and muscles that connect to their ears strengthen, their ears will begin to stand up straight, often resulting in one ear floppy and one not until they’re older (about 6 months or so). It’s pretty darn cute!

I love the donuts story!❤ when I was a kid, I was obsessed with making donuts, although I didn’t do it very often. But I followed a recipe and did the deep frying method, and they were not too bad.

I wholly support adoption. I just adopted my therapy dog from the local shelter and he's believed to be a senior dog. I think he's younger but I love him. Looks like your furbaby in your profile pic. 🙂
Good comment Sarah! My wife and I only adopt senior giant breeds and while there are certainly struggles (food and vet bills among them!), we've found them to be loving and rewarding animals to give a forever home.
