How the seraphim work is once an order has been given(York telling them to help her) it must be done to completion before another person of the same authority can give a new order. The only way to override orders entirely is to have it be from someone who's authority is above the one that issued the order.

Instead, it one-shotted Kidd, who had shown previously to be super resilient to damage. Shanks sent 99% of the energy exactly where he wanted.
Shanks' Observation Haki is MAXED THE FUCK OUT!!! Katakuri can see into the future a few seconds. Luffy is better Shanks is at LEAST 10+ seconds minimum. Kid said that he would wipe them out in 10 seconds. So going off of that, you can gather that meant his attack too place within 10 seconds.

Shanks seems to better at it if not the same level as katakuri but they both better than Luffy who is still getting started. Shanks saw ten seconds into the future.

And for luffy we have confirmation during his fight with kat that his future sight is on the same lvl If anything they've all seen an equal amount of time into the future, there's no one feat better than the other rn

I will say alive kid is barely top 20 like he's around the admiral level cause no commander can fight yonkos 1 vs 1 or 1 vs 2 💯we seen commanders or similar levels like Marco/Queen/Luffy act 1/akazaya/page 1/Ulti get destroyed by yonko with 1 or 2 moves but Kid took multiple attacks from big mom/Kaido

I mean, Kid could be in the top 20 depending on how/why you're ranking the characters. He's definitely not trash like some people think. He has a bounty in the billions, after all. But his delusional thought that he was going to take down Shanks just because he barely defeated Big Mom with help from Law is what's laughable for me, not his power. He is strong, just not that level. I imagine Law and Kid thinking to themselves "if Luffy could beat an Emporer, so can I". Also, orders to the Seraphim cannot be overriden by authority chip holders of the same level. York gave them orders, so the other Vegapunks cannot override it, the only one who can is someone with authority higher than theirs like the 5 Elders. Its like when Stussy said she can't tell the Seraphim to stop destroying the lab when Lucci ordered it. She needed one of the Vegapunks to do it.
