According to our Naga practice and being patriarchy society, once a woman is married to other tribes or clans or villages, she becomes that tribe/clan/village. Using of titles / clans' name is up to the spouses. For instance, a woman is an officer and she is married to other tribes/clans/villages, she is counted as one of the officers of the tribe/village she is married to. She may be Sümi/Ao/ any tribe by blood but once she is married to other tribes/villages etc., she represents /belongs to that tribes/village etc. However, it's up to the individual/spouses' choice.. According to our Naga practice and being patriarchy society, once a woman is married to other tribes or clans or villages, she becomes that tribe/clan/village. Using of titles / clans' name is up to the spouses.
For instance, a woman is an officer and she is married to other tribes/clans/villages, she is counted as one of the officers of the tribe/village she is married to. She may be Sümi/Ao/ any tribe by blood but once she is married to other tribes/villages etc., she represents /belongs to that tribes/village etc. However, it's up to the individual/spouses' choice.. Just my opinion. Sirji.

I appreciate ma'am Hekani for her commendable work especially among youth in Nagaland.. her leadership is great. But I'm not going to vote for her not because she's not capable but because her Godfather is most corrupted politician in Indian. And who knows,may be she'll got betrayed by her own godfather. And the reason why she's contesting in dmp 3 is something very fishy... it's all her Godfather's plan which she doesn't know.. my vote goes to GB.
