We are planning to move to Naperville because of the school, which school district is better? 203 or 204?
We also heard that some of the houses are still in a bidding war and with the sell condition “As is”, the market is still so crazy right now, do you think right now is a good time to buy or maybe should wait till later?

Yea, market is “crazy”, but over here in Chicago Suburbs it’s pretty land locked.. inventory issue, no affordable new construction subdivisions unless you’re going way west

I am a long time resident of Naperville , school district 203 is older and has more experienced teachers than district 204 ,but both are excellent schools. Despite what you heard, Real Estate here has begun to cool down and not like before.
