-WAP stands for Worship and Prayer on this server -/op gives a player access to server settings abd powers that normal players don't have -the only way to really understand the small references would be to dive into the lore of the DSMP server -it was already pretty well-known before this point that Dream's real name was Clay (I also happen to have a cousin named Clay, so that was a cool fact to learn.) -Dream and Drista live in Florida -Dream is 21 -when a player dies, they lose any items in their inventory and any experience points they had gathered. They also respawn wherever they last slept. In this case, yes, killing someone in-game just messes with them, as there are few consequences. -Dream actually wasn't controlling it as far as I'm aware, that was Drista -The pause after being asked if he was friends with GeorgeNotFound was because there's an ongoing joke about how Tommy being George's friend is a huge honor. In one of his videos he (jokingly) tried to buy alcohol using 'I'm friends with GeorgeNotFound' as his ID. Hopefully this was helpful to someone, I'll keep adding to it as i go

So about the MLG water. when you fall, you get fall damage but landing in certain things (like water) negate fall damage, meaning you could jump virtually anywhere without dying as long as you carry around a water bucket. To do it, you have to time it perfectly (in this case, Drista didn't lol) as you place the water when you're near the ground and fall in it, then replace it into your bucket really fast so you can use it for later/not make it be annoying because of water physics. That move is called an MLG water. You can MLG with all sorts of stuff, like horses, but something really common is using a boat since you can carry it around and use it in the Nether (water can't be placed in the Nether). POG is short for "pogchamp" which is a twitch emote used when something really awesome happens, usually but not limited to gaming. for example, "it's gonna be so pog if I find diamonds right now" or just saying pog after something really cool. And you guys seemed really interested about the teleporting thing, what Tommy used are called enderpearls, you throw them and click, and it teleports you to wear the enderpearl is thrown, which is useful for getting away from people.
If you want to know about how to play Minecraft, I suggest you watch 8-BitRyan's 17-part series, where he starts by playing it for the very first time, and figures almost everything out by himself, and eventually defeats the final boss and beats the game! Yes, his editing can be a bit much (probably needs a slight epilepsy/ volume warning lol), but he is smart and absolutely hilarious

the dream smp, is a role playing server. they all have 3 canon lives and if they die 3 times they are no longer in the story. canon lives dont count normal deaths like falling off a cliff or dying in lava, more of a eventful death like an assasination from another player or a major battle death. whitelist is a list of usernames that can log into the server, if youre not in the whitelist theres no way of you getting in there.

7:05: No she's hitting him with an AXE, since in the 1.16 update (not sure), axes are better to use than swords.
Only on PC/Java, on console and bedrock swords are better
