I’ve been planning this move for the past year & a half, and it’s felt a little bit delayed, but things are finally picking up! Pile 1. I'm struggling a lot with anger lately. It's so stupid because I've gone out of my way to find hateful people (racists, homophones, sexists) on social media and blast them with my anger. They probably aren't even reading my comment and I'm working myself into a rage for no gold reason. I'm meeting hate with hate and that's not right. I can't seem to stop myself but it's really good to hear that this might be Changing in August. What a relief.
Same. You've probably let so many people get away with such bad behavior, and now you're learning to honor your anger. Of course, we want to ultimately learn to do that in a healthy way, but so much of healing is actually just messy. Wouldn't it be worse if this world didn't currently enrage you?
