But the song is a treat to listen for asha bhonsle voice. Suits the 17 year old actress. Asha was more than 70 when she sang this song. Amazing singer and her dedication for music.
Ashaji's voice grows on you slowly like a fine wine. Same vibe as 'Mujhe Rang de', takes time but song just makes you put it on repeat.
In 2006, this film was being shown on Doordarshan. I was a huge Salman Khan fan and wanted to watch it but my aunty didn't let me watch it saying you have school tomorrow. It used to be very hard to watch again if you miss a film on tv. Only a few people used to have DVD players and cable TV. I was in class 2.😊

Overall choreography is exceptionally well done, noting that Sneha Ullal was crudely enacting the dance moves throughout except the hip sequences, it all turned out so aesthetic, beautiful, fresh, cute and catchy. Plus the music and play back singing make it to be an excellent peace of art. I agree this song was grossly underrated. I love it

Salman building a film around the hopelessly inept Sneha was his attempt to get even with Aishwarya for leaving him. He was trying to show that Aishwarya’s beauty wasn’t so rare by casting this look alike actress but it backfired hopelessly.
I think that is the real reason why Aishwarya took years to forgive him. He tried to blacklist her then replace her in the industry.
