Just stumbled on this channel, but the level of immersion he has into the game is actually awesome, subbed for sure.
for me, the most realistic thing he did was load his truck and trailer sketchy as hell, worked landscaping for a few summers now and i'm surprised nothing fell out of our trucks the way we loaded them
Do you Actaully have to eat in this game? What happens if you dont eat, do you loose energy or die? This game is comfusing to me. Also how does he know the people are saying yes to mow his lawn.

This is actually how I started my business back 5 years ago, small push mower in the bed of my truck and worked hard and it snow balled quickly

I agree I really like the (survival logging) idea because logging makes a lot of money and you can sell the area after it say if you had to buy it to log. Also really like Colton with you makes a good duo for your videos. All love Keep up the good work.💯💯💯💯💯
Anybody else notice the property they bought to fix up was the same place where the old man’s trailer was? Just thought that was kind of cool like there could be some lore behind it. And then the buyers built a house! It’s so fun to see something like that develop overtime.

FYI - when you moved at 59:00 you dont need a camper or even need to sleep in Truck. You Could Convert that Small Tiny Shed into a Little Tiny House that has a bed in it. It would be Something for the Time being Until you got enough Money saved up for a Camper.

@@benzo900 Yep, this is farming sim. There are no customers or anything, he's just making it work how he can for this. He gives himself the money and also subtracts it when he buys "food" and the "apartment."
When does he have to give money to the IRS?

Honestly Colton added to the realism. I worked jobs like these from 14-24 as a contractor, landscaper and at a nursery/christmas tree farm and there’s always a Colton😂

The most unrealistic part about this is that the insurance company didn’t try to bug out of giving them money and that they actually gave them a lot of money

@@benzo900 this is rated E for everyone. This is farming simulator 22. You cant make your character eat no. They don’t loose energy. The purpose of game is to be creative and grow a farm or something of choice in role play. You pretend and make your choices. It’s 100% using your imagination. So knowone talks to him in game unless hes on multiplayer and his friends are talking to him through a headset or something.

Well, depending on location. I would say a Very Small and I mean a VERY very small plot of land for mowing would be around $25 if they were a Kid doing it.
But on Avg, Most Small Yards now a days avg around $45 to $65, Medium Size Yards $65 to $95 then Large Size Yards $95 and Up into the Thousands

Be cool to be able to get your equipment and vehicles fixed when repairs are needed. Hence, the blue dually and mower repairs. Or at the very least there needs to be a repair all shop to take your equipment to. Also, make more long play videos like these cause they're awesome asmr, lol.
