Y'all remind me so much of the Henson family and the Muppets. I grew up with them in the 70s and 80s. Always wanted to learn to make a puppet, and Honey Butter Popcorn has inspired me to make Bob the Butterfly. I already got his rough sketch out. LOL Hopefully, in a month or so (I need money), I'll have him done and posted on social media.
I don't make puppets myself, but I do use fluffy fabric for plushies sometimes and MY GOD! the tip to cut the fabric with the blade instead with the scissors will save me! thank you so much for that!
When you started adding the hands and Chicken was lying there with his tongue out I already felt the life in him, it's like he gained a soul at that moment❤ So amazing!
I heavily aspire to be like you. Not just your funny lil puppets but also Muppets have helped me through so much and I can’t help but want to spread the therapeutic energy that puppets have, so I’m hoping to learn how to puppeteer and make puppets myself :) keep up the good work!!

Hi! ✨ I saw you guys on Instagram, the video where you send Pinky to their forever home and I absolutely fell in love! I’ve seen puppets before, of course, but I’ve never felt so compelled to make one of my own! The way you bring your puppets to life really inspired me- I mocked up a concept sketch but was so worried about how I’d actually make it, I figured I’d just wing it, but after watching a couple of your videos, I landed on this one, and I’m so beyond grateful you mentioned where to find the pattern! I looked up tutorials on RUclips previously but I haven’t come across one that had the shape I wanted to go for! Thank you for inspiring me :o) I hope I can bring my silly little puppet to life soon if I manage my time correctly! 💕

Yes! we use acrylic sheets for the mouth plate, but you can also use tupperware lids!
Do you boil your fur for it to get that texture? Great video!❤
