I purchased the 25’ Swissflex whip. Using a Graco XR7 (515 tip) with Behr Dynasty thinned to the maximum recommended I could not get enough pressure to eliminate tails. I put the original hose back on the sprayer to accomplish the job.
I contacted Paint Life and asked to return the whip. I was told: 1) they don’t accept returns of used products, 2) sometimes a perfect spray pattern is not achievable, and 3) “your DIY sprayer is not intended to be used with aftermarket accessories.”
If you have a Graco sprayer the 25’ Swissflex whip may work for you, but for me it did not.

Well, it sucks to say but something like that tiny pump is going to struggle in a lot of ways, it just isn't strong enough.

I suppose, but I switching back to the whip it came with I was able to accomplish the job. The point being if you have anything short or a commercial sprayer some careful forethought should be taken before purchasing the 25’ Swiss whip. In fact, I’d advise contacting them for guidance before making a purchase.

I’ve watched a lot of your videos and checked out the website. Thanks for all the help! The Titan rep said I was a natural when I tested out the machine with him. (Because of your helpful videos!) I’ve just bought a Titan 440 through Sherwin Williams and bought a Titan “whip hose.” It’s just as stiff as the factory 1/4” hose and the connection is super heavy. I spray latex paints, nothing else as of now. Can you, without just linking the website, give me a recommendation of a gun whip to purchase from you? I paint residential interiors and need the flexibility. Just not sure if I should use the Swiss yellow, or the green Paint Life hose. Which do you think would be better for my needs? Thanks in advance! - Tony, X-Quisite Homes Inc.

Just bought a Titan 440 from Chris' site. Is it advisable to attach the Titan 50 ft hose to the 50 ft Green Airless Whip?

IM using Graco original hoses on my sprayers. I have a gxFF for turpentine stuff and 595 for everything else. I have a metal braded whip on the 595 and it’s pretty sweet and durable but as I learned about your hoses. Im gonna try a 50 green whip hose for the 595 and get a yellow exit hose for the GXFF I’m using for turpentine. I was gonna put the metal whip onto GxFF after the yellow exithose but i ques thats not gonna ne a great idea.
    Thanks for your videos 👍👍

You do not want to add a whip to our 25' and 50' hoses

@@Idahopainter thanks for the reminder or damage control :D . I was not going to. i watched the video and i was gonna try the green 50' green hose directly on my 595 and replace the original Blue max II hose with metal whip. and toss it to my spares basket. or as alternatives basket for those maximum flow jobs.

Does the Magnum X7 have a strong enough pump to run paint through a 5 foot exit flex? It'll be Emerald Exterior.

I’m looking for a recommendation. I have a Titan 440 and really enjoy spraying cabinets with it. The biggest downfall I’m having is that I’m eating paints and primers filling the hose and priming the pump. I was hoping maybe if I could find a 10-12 ft whip or hose it would lessen the paint consumed

I have a question, I have a titan for 440 and I was wondering if you ever sprayed with a 6 to 8 foot hose.
In the long run, would I be damaging the sprayer?

    • @Idahopainter

      Bad idea

    • @dannyz.335

The reason why I’m asking this question is because i want to buy only one gallon of paint to spray like three interior doors and don’t want the run out of paint. So i think if I use a very short paint hose I don’t have a lot of paint in the line where I would need more paint for pressure.
What are your thoughts on that?

I have a metal fabrication business and we do a couple thousand feet of metal railings a year. I currently use the cordless Grayco sprayers and they’ve been working well but I recently purchased a Graco X7 sprayer to paint a shed. Long story short I love the way it sprayed but I hate the clumsiness of the hose. Is your 25 foot hose a lot more flexible?

    • @LuisC202
      @LuisC202 8 месяцев назад

@stevenpasqua5113 yes the 25 foot green hose is way better than the Graco one.
