Inspiring video! I've done b2b lead gen for mainly saas a while now, Considering pivoting to consulting/DWY model instead of DFY. Main concern is that maybe saas companies don't want to spend time on learning the framework of cold email and stuff, And rather wan't somebody to do it for them.. Do yo think there is a market for consulting offer to lead gen in saas space?

100% bro - what you can do is build & release a cold email infrastructure (talent and systems for cold email) into a SaaS biz and then consult them on other bottlenecks in their business - so this can be like offer, sales, operations, branding, appt setting etc -- you can make a lot of money on the frontend and the backend for the build & release model - you can charge $5k-$10k+ upfront and then take rev share/ performance fee --- i hope this helps!

Nik, if it's a performance model, how much to charge one time upfront?
I use " Pay on close basis ", " We get paid only when we bring clients.. " In my outreach messages and manage to bring them on call.
I find it hard to convince them to Upfront . They say it is said pay on results basis, now it's different.
How to modify the outreach message now ?

This is the way to go
Either run DFY -> and leverage labour + systems. That way you can scale a DFY to $50k/mo fast.
Or DWY > so it'll be scalable faster. But leverage important parts of the SMMA offer so it becomes consistent.
