  • This is a WWI standardized liberty truck from 1919. All manufacturers went together to make a truck with standard parts that could be interchanged in the field. This is most of the way through restoration by Russell Leeman.

    I grew up with 11 of these trucks....we still have one but it is updated to ww2 specks The sound has never changed. mark furrer

    We appreciate your comments and love hearing more about these trucks! We're still working on getting the rest of the bed finished. These trucks have quite the roar from that engine!

    hi john, great to see and hear your truck, i have just bought one and a spare rolling chassis came with it, hoping to start the restoration of my liberty in a year or two, i hope you post more pictures of your progress, thanks mike.

    Wow I remember my father who in 1922 at the age of 18 drove one these which had been commendered by the new Irish Army from the Anglo American Oil Company and he drove it through Dublin city centre and over Butt bridge with 500 tines of petrol
