I just bought one at my local gun shop , used at a good price . Ever since I saw your video last year , 2023, I knew I had to have in my collection. Thank you for the great review.
Did you look at Bersa Thunders? I’d like to see a thunder comparison with this gun. I just picked up a Sig P238 for the small people in my life and I think it’s really nice. I’m afraid to pick up a P938 (kinda why?) and I’m more interested in another, longer barrel 380. These three have my interest, since it’s hard to find a Beretta 84FS at a non-rape price. And a buddy of mine just bought the Walther PPK, so I can’t get that-and I don’t really like to shoot it. Sights are terrible.
Cool I’m definitely thinking abt getting one!!! For the longest I was thinking abt a p238 but for the price and mag capacity I might go with B380!!!! Great review!!!
Dillon, where did you get it? Like the others have said, can't find Beretta 84 and this is a very nice clone. We have a Bersa Firestorm, but I like the 13+1 capacity here for a .380.
Great video and presentation. I have several Berettas 84, 85, and 81. Recent availability of "nearly" un-used Italian import firearms offers a good deal in the $200-$300 range. Good to see the clone I have to admit, because the Beretta imports will soon dry up.
There is a comment in this video that, "most .380's are blowback, you're not going to be able to escape that easily" and I agree. One that is not blowback is the Sig Sauer P238. It does not have the capacity of this pistol, but it is a tilt-barrel design as is the Smith and Wesson 380 EZ.
I found this gun at a local range store. I was so freaking excited because I love the Bereta style but not the size or price. I was already pretty sure this will be my first gun but after watching this video it set that in concrete.
Nice job graham! That looks like a sweet shooter. I have to say that finish on the older one caught my eye. Im a sucker for a shiny blue finish! Cheers
Great review, the only comment I find odd is criticizing the sights. The sights are from the Beretta design not the fault of Tisas. I have 85BB and it has the similar sights. Overall, awesome!
Those are MecGar magazines, the “Cat’s Meow” in quality and reliability. If any magazine is going to get the best performance in a Beretta style pistol, they’ll do it. Tisas outdid themselves with this good looking pistol.
I noticed Teya was re-gripping between shots. This is a sign of a gun that jumps harder than shooter wants to grip it. One other thing I noticed myself - it hurts more when trying to apply a high grip, according to modern sensibilities. Gripping lower helped.
If your Beretta FN, is the Browning BDA. I also have one and I also have one of the Beretta 32 ACP versions. I believe it is the model 81, I don't have it in front of me at the moment. But I discovered that not only do the magazines interchange, but also the barrels. I was able to locate a spare Browning BDA 380 barrel and now my Baby Beretta can be run as either a 32 or a 380. I prefer the safety on the Beretta to the slide safety on the BDA. Just personal preference.
Beretta adopted the open barrel design when they designed the model 1915 for the Italian Army at Italies entry into W W I. If my finances allow I am going to get one of these. I have long wanted a 84 to go with my 92FS.
I have one of these I bought new and just shoot for the first time 3 weeks ago. The first few mags I kept getting a stovepipe. But soon after it ran really well with no issues. It does have a bite to it. I think this is the grips. I shot a Beretta 81BB I have swapped out the barrel to a 380 and have some used rubber grips on. Much nicer and softer. Same ammo. So yeah it needs better grips. I too do not like the half dot read site. Also... how do you know it is a licensed copy? If it was would it not be an EXACT copy? The fit and finish are good. The Beretta grip frame used to bite my hand too, Tia... I’ve had both a 96(.40S&W) and a 92, and both hurt my hand in the same way. I’ve got small hands.
I put one of these on layaway today, but it appears to be stainless steel. I suspect the frame is aluminum, and the slide may be either stainless or some type of nickel finish. Either way a sharp looking little pistol, with the black grips. You do good video's. I always enjoy them. That round that "bit" the young lady, seemed to have a little more "pop" to it judging by the recoil.

Yes of course, but we always review guns as they come. I've seen too many videos where the reviewer has highly modified the gun and then the experience shown is not what you get when you buy the gun yourself.
@@GBGuns Oh no problem with the format...just a thought. So it IS possible and might be more effective? I was actually looking online for their catalogue to see if they had a 2-dot rear.
Yes model paint or nail polish works fairly well
Thanks, you all pushed me off the cliff and I bought one, lol.
Let us know ow what you think of it
I know you took it to the range before this about how many rounds was break in for it
You saw the first shots. The most we every shoot a pistol before the camera turns on is 5 rounds
The fact its not a decocker is a deal breaker for me. Still seems like a nice clone tho
Nice video and testing. One small thing to add about the name. It’s not, Faith. I think it is “Fa-Teyh”, which means Winner or Conqueror.
Thanks, we don't speak Turkish so didn't know
@@GBGuns I don’t either :-) . I heard it at 6:07 in this promotional video by Tisas.

Way better then Bersa .
🌋
I have this firearm it's nice
How much do you pay Megadeth for the intro music?
This was used under "Free Use" as the clip is so short and not pure. Additionally I notified the band.
Is it compatible with beretta 84 grips
Rumored to be so, but haven't tried
@@GBGuns thank you my local shop has one i was going to get for my wife but she wants g10 grips and haven't found any for it but found for beretta 84
I hope it fits
Looks like a copy of the beretta 34, if not for the double stack.
...and ordered.
will this copy take beretta 13 round magazines
yes
Düğmeli beratdanın tıpkı aynısı 13. 1
Make this the California edition!
what the price on this gun
An internet search is the best place for pricing. Had I mentioned price in this video not only could it have been flagged, but the pricing back then is likely not what it is today.
Love both guns ..about to loose my mind if Laura Trump comes on talking about some damn giant bday card or wtf ever.sux.
I noticed you let your wife fire the heavy stuff.
I have a choice. I like to experience the various ammo. I don't ever want to be taken by surprise and it gives an opinion that may help other women determine what they might prefer.
I need one
Where is Erica?
Hasn't been in a video in 3 years.
How much
Classic has them listed at $350.00 correction 400.00
A new Beretta 84 goes for $700+ (if you can find one). Basic Beretta 92s have always been cheaper. I purchased a 92fs compact (new) for $450 about a year ago from Bud's.
@@Jscot1001 The 92 is much bigger than the 84 (I have both) and a different caliber . The 380 was the choice of the police forces in Europe for a long time as was 32ACP most of the pistols I have seen lately are surplus or turn in weapons I haven't seen a new 84 in a long time.
It’s Fatih not Faith.
If they made this gun in 9mm I’d be all over it
blowback in 9mm is NOT pleasant. 9mm Makarov is about as powerful as you can get with direct blowback and not beat the gun or shooter apart.
I don't see any recoil.
Fatih, not FAITH.
Ok I am sorry but her hand hurts from a 380 load. She’s being a little over dramatic come on. 🤦🏻
