Dark ride challenge entry 2023 - Mine train, horror, scary, dark ride hybrid, Western, Halloween, planet coaster Halloween ride, roller coaster. An original spooky story.
Parental Notice: This ride may be too graphic for children under 17 years old. Planet coaster - aka Planco (the Game) does not include inappropriate items, objects, or depictions of violence. However, it is a custom creation tool and therefore leaves any liberties of artistic creation up to the builder. Parental discretion is advised.

DREDWOOD EXPRESS
Backstory:
Your destination is the old west of the late 1880’s. Your itinerary is travel by rail from the nearest station to the infamous town of “Dredwood”. Historically known for its small coal mining operation, the town has a longstanding and questionable reputation for moral depravity. There's a water shortage and trains traveling to and from commonly go missing. The northern mines have caught fire making it increasingly difficult for the town to prosper. Leery of potential thieves, the prospectors were known to have canine companions guard their personal belongings while working. Sadly, during the evacuation of the mine many dogs were left behind after the fire started. Now, visitors claim to see dog apparitions roaming the area and have heard their vicious growls.
Coincidently, a recent influx of gold prospecting has started to make waves among both the townsfolk and newcomers looking to make a better life for themselves. Unfortunately, this also tends to further draw in the worst dregs of society. Even those who are seemingly harmless are not to be trusted. Symptoms of a curious illness brushed off as gold rush fever are starting to loom over the people and the local sheriff is concerned a mob is on the rise.
During this journey you may take notice of some strange happenings beginning to unravel. You will observe both related and unrelated urban legends and paranormal folklore of the period. And if you have a keen eye, you will catch clues that could possibly unfold a nightmare full of mystery and macabre.
Is what you experience just an illusion? Or is there something malevolent going on?
The real question is, will you survive passage on the Dredwood Express??

I really enjoyed this fun af, wonderful western themed coaster experience! So many fun elements you put in here and your use of controlling the coaster at parts so we could read the sign & take in the scenes but then other parts where we soar along the beautifully landscaped terrain are perfectly executed! I even spotted the dope Gallows bp you made in last video! Loved your buildings! Also, love the humor you infused into this too! The coaster ride was super fun too, towards the end, when we dip and see the 1st purple ghost... it literally got my stomach... loved it! Great theming & I'm super hyped about the sequel to this! Great stuff CS_Omg! ☮& ♥~ Smiling 🙂
This is awesome mate! Looks very sylhex-esque 😂 the bridge collapsing and the train falling through the ground was definitely a highlight for me.

Loved it! Great theme! Awesome ride! Amazing Effects. The theme is perfect. You can tell there is a story there but a really neat incorporation for the future maybe a narrated ride where the audio tells the story. It would be an amazing accompaniment to your awesome talents. Wonderful ride! More spooky is always a good time!
