@wjkrug sorry... but in my world, your petition is denied. Thinking back to those interactions still cracks me up, so I'm going to do what I enjoy doing, thanks.
Dave just went Bilbo Baggins on us "“I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.” Everybody who the hell knows the rules

Lusha Pizza on Lincoln Ave in Lakeview. You'll thank me later. Owners from Italy, moved to Chicago 2 yeara ago, making awesome pizza. Kind of a cross between NY style and something else. The father was a baker there for 20 years. Awesome tiramisu. Nicest people. This is right near 2 places you gave high scores to.
New Haven style comes from Frank Pepe who is from Naples. He made some minor tweaks and cooked it in a coal oven. Coal ovens were cheap and popular at the time.
In my immigrant Italian family, every kitchen's pizza was different. I didn't really like my own mother's pizza as much as I loved my uncle's and aunt's.
When your mom buys you a giant coat and says "you'll grow into it"
Hahaha!😂
👏👏👏👏 well done
I am Spartacus
😂. Good one!
I'll take it and wear it any day if my mom bought me a coat
Dave: "I've been doing this for two decades"
Also Dave: "Is that parm?"
Dave: "This tastes fancy. I can't quite place it"
Owner: "We add oregano"
what is a corndog
And it's always pecorino lol
Dave: I've been doing this for 20 years you think I don't know
Also Dave: There's a hotdog inside this corndog
That blew my mind, what was that? "there's a hot dog in a corndog"? WTF
That ain’t a Neapolitan, but I’ll forgive him cos he hasn’t been doing this long
Owner: it’s Neapolitan
Truth: cheese pizza
Yeah looks like a fairly typical New York style pie.
Undercarriage looks neapolitan.
He doesn‘t even know what a corn dog is. I would be surprised if this guy knows how to tie his shoes.
Regular new York style

At this point I’m not convinced Dave knows what Neapolitan pizza is
"Idk if its Neapolitan because Neapolitan is usually floppier than this." He has no idea.
He is right that it's not neapolitan though but I still don't think he knows what one is 😂

For those wondering, that "not that expensive" coat is $250
I saw this! I saw this one, it's a classic. He eats the gum, turns into a giant blueberry, has to be squeezed and loses the contest.

That ATM has seen better days
The fact you haven’t done Pauley Gees Detroit style in Chicago is a crime. Absolute Detroit Olineman pie.
Dave's hand looks like the guys from Scary Movie 2
You know Dave put a skimmer on that ATM in the background. Nice dress Miami Boy.
Also shout out to the bear champ art on the box and wall!

This guy looks like he’s about to go lobster fishing in the rain.
I love when Dave enjoys the pizza enough to not let it stop his ranting while he's shoving it in his mouth
Not only that, but the Don has also been pushing the same tech for 24 years - mouse traps
Dude housed that slice 😂
Nice onesie, Scott!

Does he start Neapolitan at 6.8 or that is basically the highest score he'd give a Neapolitan? I'm not sure that he even knows.
One scetchy ass ATM covered in graffiti, Dave's in the hood everyone knows the rules.
i feel bad for the ATM it looks abused and used
Is it always that jacket?
What if he rated the pizza without the one bite?
Still trying to figure out why the pizza in the title sequence is one Dave would probably rate in the low 6’s
Since you're already in Chicago you need to drive 3 hours south and try Quad City style pizza.
I thought Dante was Dom of the Year for a sec.
Definitely not Neapolitan. I love how he decides a pizzas neapolitan or not based on how floppy it is.
