This game is kinda sick I hope the developers continue to work and update the game adding new monster and events idk if scanning helps identify what’s loot and not like in LC but it should also to help identify monsters too cause I liked those features in LC
Yeah, agreed. I've watched Cartoonz and Delirious' POVs and once they get the scanner, it makes finding loot easier, but not all the time. While it does say "Resource/Entity" located and says it's located somewhere 0.0 meters from the player, the mesh around the item is usually the same color as the floor or the ground which negates it's usefulness unless you're in the pitch dark. And even then the wire mesh doesn't stand out too well if you're too far away. A bright green/blue/red letter box like LC would help immensely. Or even if the whole item turned a dayglow color that identified it. Though I will say it does good at marking the few enemies we've seen by illuminating their bone rig, just like it does for the other players. Hopefully we can get more enemy variety, and of course, MORE LOOT in each location since these guys constantly complain how there is barely any.
I think the scanner should be an upgrade instead of an individual item that you can bought in the store, since the you can only pick up 1 scanner and it's attached to your suit, just like the life monitors. 80-90 bucks ain't worth it especially for maps that has barely any loot and the loots are oddly hidden in plain sight. Just my two cents✌️

A tip for you delirious: there is a lil bug that runs around in the underground facility that has materials stuck to uts back, if you see something running under your feet, try to catch it, and you can kill it by hand on right click or left click idk, so keep that in mind.
this game need someone on the surface finding loot. it seem like half of the loot you can find is on surface. the first run literally save by 1 tire delirious found. also cam duty in this game is literally do nothing compare to company.
