@sheilaroddick5853 Ian Dale just the other day completely made up the number of Albanians coming in to the UK on small boats and when questioned and a more accurate figure given he joked and laughed it off, then when specifically asked to apologise he straight up refused. If ofcom were any use these would be very easy "wins", but they are just not fit for purpose.

I thought it should be standard procedure for a journalist to a) check your sotry, b) check your source and c) recheck. When you publish it, it should be clear to the listener and help him understand the facts.
