I am dealing with a surgical marker blockage of the auxillary of my prodominat right arm from a Breast cancer surgery. The ulnar artery is also affected by daily compression for lymphademia care. I watch your videos very often and closely as I try to educate myself and my primary care and venous Dr's. I can't thank you enough for the simplistic explanations you provide I quote you often. It also made me think of Dr. Ebraheim's Thoracic Outlet Syndrome videos, so I thought I'd recommend those to you if you haven't watched them already.
My favorite Dr. Ebraheim quote is, "always rule out double crush syndrome".
Example- carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms can also be caused by Pronator Teres syndrome, each of the Thoracic Outlet syndromes, cervical radiculopathy, and you can have more than one cause at a time.
That example made me think of skateboarding and doing a "superman" into a wall of concrete. Ha!

What is piriformis syndrome and how can it be treated?

He does have a Piriformis Syndrome video showing Sciatic nerve entrapment due to the Piriformis and Gemellus Superior muscles pinching it as it passes between them. (Sometimes through Piriformis) that describes "what" it is.
Treatment could vary depending on "why" it's happening.
One thought I've had is Piriformis may be functioning properly and working extra hard, too hard, because orher members of the hip stabilizing muscle group are not working properly.
