It’s a 2000mAh NiCd from the days when that seemed like a lot… For a proper run I’ll be sticking in a 4000mAh NiMh which should provide more than enough run time.

When you tidy up the wiring between the top and bottom the 3 servos only need 5 connections if you use common 5V and GND wires for them.
