This guy was so annoying when he was dying just shouting like a aizen simping fool. Tbh his reasoning held some weight. It’s pretty sad how some hollows are just killed without remorse

It sure sounds like him. His name is Neil Kaplan. A pity this was cut up so much with lots of the best dialogue missing.

Yes it is the same voice actor. The only difference in his performance right here is that he does a deeper tone for Zommari than Madara. I actually met him yesterday and had him sign my Bleach Espada poster, which was really cool.

For those who known of the dynasty warrior Series it messed me with so much that byakuya is the same voice as Liu Bei in DW 4 and 5. Messes with my head so much.
