changed the cartridge, o-ring at the incoming water connection, solenoid, sensor and batteries and vacuum breaker on a sloan G2 optima plus. as soon as i open the water it continues to flush and there is a leak from the vacuum breaker. I checked the connection several times and a little bit of water is still coming out. I don't know what to do.
Thanks for watching. In a case like this its best to check the threads to see if there is any corrosion or a buildup of calcium that might be preventing it from making a proper seal. You can try to clean the threads. Once the threads are clean, look for any damage on the threads themselves. If the threads are damaged, then the valve might need to be replaced.
