      Reform aren't even an actual party right now, they're a company. And most of the country just doesn't agree with Reform, it's not moderate enough. If you are RIGHT WING, you can ONLY win an election in the UK from the centre.
      Even if the Tories win, Sunak is being thrown out.
      If you vote Reform you're just giving Labour a supermajority. Labour are going to allow teens to vote: that means there will NEVER be a right-wing party in power again, that's what the maths indicates. Labour are going to rig the game. It doesn't matter if you support Conservatives, Reform etc: once Labour get into power and change the voting, it's GAME OVER. Too many young people will swing seats to the left, it's just game over at that point.
      And Brexit is going to be overturned.

    People are fed up with the Tories and Labour. They have done mass damage to this country in their time of office. Farage actually ticks the boxes that make me want to vote for Reform, so this is why I will be voting that way. The country needs resetting and Reform seem the best (on paper) to do this.

    If politicians do not understand why people are changing their voting to favour right leaning parties, then they just prove how insensitive and idiotic they are if they do not understand that it is their poor leadership and abysmal policies that have caused the shift. Although, as a tax payer, I would welcome a tax cut, we do need to be careful, because more money in people's pockets does tend to lead to inflationary pressures which are counter-productive. It would be far better to take the money generated by reforming the Bank of England's operations, and invest it in the infrastructure of the country which has suffered so badly in the last thirty years. That is the way to support long-term growth in the economy.

    It's not just British politicians. Those politicians classed as "Liberals", classic conservatives, liberals and the centre left have all allowed a global economy to emerge, since the 1980's which has seen wealth being more concentrated at the top. It has gotten to the extent where even the middle class is struggling. Corporations have kept wages low for decades to the extent where our welfare state has had to top up the wages of those people fully employed. Disposable income has decreased to an extent that small to medium sized businesses have gone bankrupt. People struggle to afford food, energy. Struggle to pay their debt meanwhile successive governments tinker around the edges without solving anything. If the economy was fine people wouldn't be looking at the distraction of immigration with so much intensity. " it's the economy idiot " has never been so relevant. The simple fact is an economic reset needs to take place. more taxation of the wealthy and big corporations. Raise minimum wage to £ 15 per hour with tax breaks for small to medium sized business to offset extra cost

    • @kitoharveywill5766
      @kitoharveywill5766 3 месяца назад

      Immigration isn't a distraction, it's an issue that ties into all of what you mentioned, it's a driving force in some things like added government debt, lowered wages, lower social cohesion, lower tax revenue, strain on services etc etc etc and it's why corporations and banks love it so much.
