@@marcsmith8146 Lol.....I was tripping. You can do both sides in Studio One. I have Protools 11 but being able to Render anything and go back at anytime is the bomb.com.
for that i might as well build a custom pc or have atleast 8 or 12 cores of power with 16 or 32 gig of ram been honest and increase your buffer while mixing
Is there any negatives for using dual mono rather than stereo? Of course mid/side plugins would need to be stereo, just wondering if anything else springs to mind. Great tip!
None at all. As you can see the advantages. Again, you don't want to use it on Reverb/Delay's or Modulation plugins. On EQ/Compressors/Saturation and others like this. There are some cases that's it's better to use Multi-Mono plugin when using some plugins. Maybe I'll show that in a video as well.
No, there is no negatives when doing this. For some reason, Waves M/S type plugins use a lot of cpu usage. Not sure why. Thanks for the question and I'm glad you like the tip. Check out the new video on the Waves Scheps73 plugin. I mentioned it in this video.
Sup with da loooooooong intro? You were like “my peeps are gonna love this” !!!!!!!
Hahaha, I know right. This video was so long. Didn't plan on that to be honest. I hope you love it.
I was cool though...Warriors- One of the great movies of all time. "It's all out there, we just gotta figure out what's worth stealing" !!!!!
Great video about CPU usage. I dont use Protools mainly however I wish other DAWs did the same.
Come back to Pro Tools...LOL

The correct title of this video should be: How to get low cpu usage while using Waves heavy cpu plugins IN PRO TOOLS ONLY
Dude! That's a great trick! Thanks!
Question: How can I get that little CPU box to appear...please? Oh got it...System usage under the Windows tab in Pro Tools. : )
Correct. I use that all the time. I have too as I use a little older computer.

Thank you soooo much!!! This was very helpful!!!
Thanks so much. I really appreciate it.

song still not out ? Warriors?
We had to push the album back. It's still coming. Thanks
Dope video I wonder if this works with UAD plugins
I now have UAD plugins and it doesn't work cause it's based on the chips in the cards/satellite units.
I can’t find these artists songs anywhere!!!
Their songs aren't out as far as "3" but the Notcho song called "Father's Of The Sport" is out. Should be on iTunes.
does those tricks exist for windows 10
Not sure, I don't use Windows but I'm sure anything that can be done on Mac can be done on Windows.
