@@None-685 the salon was in Venice, and I believe the big accident was 21 minutes after the salon encounter. After she left the salon, she hit someone’s garage and that’s when she spoke to the guy in question. Then she sped off and crashed into the house.

@@lds251 no, obviously when she hit into the apartment garage her car was stopped. When the guard at the apartment asked her to get out , she backed up and sped away. It has been said she bumped another car when a man was diving in a jaguar. We shall find out if that is fact in the future, but the apartment incident was on film.

Could it be that she bought the wig so people wouldn't recognize her and she tried to do herself in? Years ago my brother-in-law tried to kill himself by driving about 70mph and deliberately drove into a tree. He had told me a few years later that he didn't want to live at the time. But he suffered so much from his injuries that sometime after that he passed away.

I read that Ann Heche's brother died in a road traffic incident, and that Ann believed it was suicide. The person writing about it felt that Ann had perhaps tried the same.
It's very sad. She sounds so critically ill now, with the burns and lung damage, that I'm not sure she'll make it either.
I thought that as well. Her brother committed suicide running his car into a tree and her father raped her so I imagine she has a lot of mental issues.

What do you mean? It was basically testimony from a witness. He said she was calm, engaging and present while in the salon. He is baffled about how this could have happened just 21 minutes later.

Im wondering if het car accelerated by mechanical error. She was going so fast in residential area. If someone is going to commit suicide I wouldn't think they do it there. What a shame.

@@nindyhunt Because they waited several days to take a blood sample and alcohol dissipates after 24-hours. It did show cocaine which stays in the body for days, if not weeks. It was her friends that that were with her that said she had been drinking. Doesn't really matter now, she has died.

This is a conflicting moment in our society. When it is unclear and uncertainty about Ms. Heche condition before the accident. If the Hair shop owner is reporting that Ms Heche was polite and engaging and not smelling of alcohol and seemingly under the influence 21 minutes before the accident. That seems to leave the position that Ms Heche was sober and in her right mind set operating a car, based on the conversation Ms Heche had of the wig purchase. And the reports that Ms Heche was able to control the car after one of her accidents by backing up and maneuvering the car in a different direction as she left the area. No indication of alarm of a distress from the car that something was wrong. No car horn, No pleas for help from Ms Heche, No one reporting to see or hear Ms Heche scream, No reported breaking tire sounds. It's left to presume. That Ms Heche had some sort of episode and or became allegedly intoxicated within the 21 minutes before her first accident. Not being an individual who would Know the effects of alcohol for someone.of her measure. We will have to await the findings from the test results. Which is another matter that is conflicting. It is understandable that the warrant was acted upon for the blood test. It's not understandable, why the results are not made public. Though Ms Heche is a actress and is in a coma . It should not stop or slow the process of the investigation. As the Hair shop owner tried to say to the reporter before being interrupted by the reporter to end the interview. The Hair shop owner wanted to suggest that we should pray for Ms Heche and the woman of the house as well as the other victim's. Let us follow through on this request prayer.
For those who have not accepted Jesus Christ as your savior and repented of your sins and worship God. I would encourage you to do so. Jesus died for our sins and arose on the third day. So that we may have a second chance with God. This is said often, but never enough. There are still some that are not aware of God, His Son and the Gospel.

The signs of Ms. Heche being under the influence of alcohol would have been evident in my opinion. However, if Ms. Heche had become under the influence of alcohol or another controlled substance. That will have to wait until all the witnesses from the First Responders, citizens who came to her aide after the accident. 21 minutes is a long time.
So now the rats are going to come out of the woodwork and try to defend this impaired driver

People with seizures would not behave like this. She knew what she was doing which is why she fled.

@Crystal the first test was negative for alcohol but positive for coke and fentanyl. A second test is pending for drugs and alcohol to rule out what drugs were administered in the hospital.
