Where do you see either of those happening at? I don't see Lou breathing and even if she was the actress surely isn't dead and had to lay down on that floor for quite a while so be able to hold her breath all like that so that's understandable. And the walls of course are sets which were made cheaply so that's understandable too. But I see neither being the case of error that you're pointing out.
