Dry valume 7.8*1.54=12
Cement 1/5.5 *12=2.18
Nos. of Bags = 2.18/1.23 =1.77 bags (50 kg bags volume = 1.23 cu. ft.) (1.77 x 50 = 88 kg)
Sand = 1.5/5.5*12=3.27 cft 3.27*50=163 kg
Aggrigate 3/5.5*12=6.54 cft *50 =327kg

If ur reinforcement is less than 0.1m3 it's neglected... anyway in this he didn't multiply factor of safety 1.5 to total volume u can think that ur creating concrete mixes for extra as matter of safety while purchase of cement bags u can't tell him to give 25 kg of cement we take 4-5 bags Extra so there will be no shortage...✌️✌️✌️
