Great repair and fascinating to watch, I used to do work like this in the early 80's. The problem for the near future will be rust. After welding, in the original manufacturing process cars are dipped to get a seal inside all the hidden box sections at the backside of welds where the metal has been oxidised. This repair has rust pre-built into many structural areas and won't last long.

Repairing by going back to the very component and method of assembly from factory not only maintains the safety of the original factory safety standards but also keeps jobs and saves the environment by reducing pollutions, minimising energy used to manufacture new products/ transporting it and to recycle the waste. As a said before insurance companies wanna pay less everyday and if a vehicle repair cost is more than the actual value they just write it as a loss . It’s stupid but truth. I’ve seen cars with a light front end damaged sent it to auction .
I too spent 38yrs in the industry and have seen it evolve into what it is today, especially here in the U.S., techs have become parts changers without even knowing how to use a hammer and dolly much less a frame machine. In some countries they still repair and replace parts because of the value vehicles hold in said country, be it China, India or Russia
@@charlescastillo8870 you're a hundred percent right. I am from a country where I learned to build parts by hand because we didn't have the luxury of new parts to replace. When I got here I needed to learn new skills because in Cuba all I did was restoration. However, some of those skills learned at home helped me to succeed as a tech.
Just brilliant! Very skilled. I wish I knew someone who could do that for me.
Крутой чувак у нас бы делали в России так машины
Да есть у нас такие же ребята
Да у вас так и делают, на заводе
Really a big master !!! 👏👏👏
Ушел ниссан во Владик, на зеленный угол, Ванька его его уже продает
😎Unbelievable!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 This guy has git SKILLS!!!👊🏽
A long time ago, I had an official shop manual for my Honda Accord. It has some drawings of the white body and alignment specs to be checked after the frame is straightened using a puller. Given the fact that he’s in a clean Nissan uniform, clean working environment and he used many seems to be oem parts, he probably is working for a Nissan dealership so it is probably legitimate in China, which by large is still a developing country. No way this is not a total loss in the states, even if it just get off dealer’s lot.
Total lost is due to the high repair cost and stupid insurance policy. If you can fix the car by the manual, there is no total lost.
@@lynnmei4346 AND THE COLLISION SHOP ALWAYS SAID I'M NOT MAKING MONEY!!!! FUNNY THING IS THAT THEY ARE BEING BOUGHT UP BY COLLISION SHOP CORPORATIONS.THEY
in most Asian countries, they do write it as total lost, owner gets their compensation and due to that, insurance company will appoint a car repair shop to restore them and be road worthy again. Usually ends up in the secondary market. Its a shaddy business
You're really gonna drive that? Ok
