To keep it short and sweet, I’ve had this issue intermittently forever the last few years. Very frustrating.
Long story short not long ago I had no power for a month and had zero choice but to take an ice cold shower twice a day. It worked wonders however once power was back on I went back to warmer showers and bam the problem was back.
I couldn’t put my finger on why or what is going on but now this video made it make sense.
It certainly helped and now need to go back to cold even though it was difficult.
Clearly it made a difference and I’m sure it’ll bring that all back and improve things again.
Great information like many of your videos!

Us Finnish people have been doing this for generations. We open a hole in a frozen lake when it’s -20 degrees. Then we heat the sauna and get in it when it’s about 150 to 200 degrees. We sweat out our toxins and then jump in the lake. We will do this several times!!

No! Please don’t. Maybe I will make another video about this tomorrow. When you exercise in the cold, all of your blood vessels are constricted or closed down. So it can increase the risk of stroke and or heart attack. One of the biggest heart attack days is the day after a big snow- EXACTLY BECAUSE OF THIS REASON. - I’m so glad you asked this 💪🏽🙏🏽

Can remember swimming in the bases out-door pool numerous times in the middle of the German winter when I was 12-13 when on holidays from boarding school and so full of energy. I was the only one dumb enough so always had the pool to myself. On the flip side, one of the house captains, on turning 21 was plastered after a night out on the town which allowed other seniors to carry him and his bed to the schools pool and throwing him in which broke the ice. Did he die from a heart attack, shock or some other reason. He was the captain of the schools rugby team too so not a small slim man. At 72, think I'll skip jumping into a cold pool again but might have a few alternating hot/cold showers. Have found I'm hardest when laying on my back so like to be ridden like a bike so I have some things to hold onto.😊
