The rest of girls that lose in the competition go back to their original agencies. The show is similar to the Korean produce 101 franchise
The other girls reacting are actually contestants. Lisa is part of the judges but you have trainees competing with some already debuted girls in kpop groups and many of trainees are outshining them lol. Yep Cpop groups exist!
This is actually their first Stage and the first challenge is group position which all the trainees will have a chance to choose which position they want to compete whether they want to be part of Vocal Team, Rapping Team or the Dance Team. The Vocal Team is Mentoring by Ella Chen, the Rapping Team is Mentoring by Johny J and the Dance Team is Mentoring by Lisa from Blackpink while Kun is the Producers representative and also the one monitoring their Stage performance, The 4 Mentors serves as a judge too.

Everyone got 3 weeks practice, the all sleep like 3-1 hours a da. This is the first round of public performances, the second battles just came out where two groups do the same song and battle where they only had 3 days and they sang n danced together on stage.
