Thank you for putting this up.
Thanks
thankyou so much for this ;w; i wish it could be pinned, i need it to remember each exercise...
Many thanks - I was feeling a bit lost with some sounds I wasn’t familiar with. 🙏🏻
Finally a vocal workout fitted for altos! Thanks so much 😊
What a FUN workout! Challenging enough to push us out of our comfort zone. I love how it goes straight to each exercise without lengthy instructions so that returning viewers can make the most out of their workout time and of course beginners can always pause or slow down the speed. One week in and when I unconsciously hit that high note of a favorite song for the first time without cracking, I almost thought it was pure luck, which it wasn’t. This workout does pay off!
It's just day 4, and I'm able to hit the high notes i wasn't able to before. 👍
Thank you so much for the excellent workout! I've been doing this 3 times a week for about 6 months now and the improvement in my voice is astounding. I feel so much more secure and my range increased. Highly recommended!!
This was really amazing
My first vocal workout without straining
trueeeeee
Same
putting this here to remind myself to do this every day.
day 1:✅ already noticable improvements in voice!!
day 2:✅
seems like you forgot :(
@@lari_i_guess
Lol and another 3mth later seems your reminder didn't help either.
I'm doing this daily, started 1 month ago 💞
Did you see some improvement?
What was the outcome ?
Wonderful , I am a male who sings 1st tenor and alto . This is my favorite workout . Kind Regards .
Many thanks for this. I am a boy (man) and have been doing this on and off for the last couple of years and I am virtually certain that it has improved my voice - tone, accuracy and range. Really I just wanted to be able to sing higher notes as that seems to be in vogue in modern pop sung by boys (men) and doing the tenor exercises didn't seem to help with this. What I have found is that a) no matter how infrequently it is done, it is beneficial, b) doing it at volume (full-throatedly rather than timidly) seems to make it more beneficial (presumably doing it louder means the muscles/tissues strengthen more), c) doing some of the faster (trickier) exercises at 0.75 speed also helps. From memory I think I do 1,2,3, 7 and 10 at 0.75x but to each his (or her) own! The faster ones, when I did them at 1x, I could hear that my pitch was not good. Doing them slower has improved my pitch/accuracy I think.
best alto workout I have found!

mi nay na no nu
Thanks 😊
I feel like the only (mainly baritone) male here just practicing high chest voice
Why am I incapable of doing the tongue thing? :(
Same lol
I can do the Tongue trill, but I can't do the lip trill without doing the tongue trill at the same time. Which I guess that is NOT that is achieved. LOL
I can only do it because I speak a German dialect, it's a really difficult sound

Is the iiii section at 13:50ish in 6/8.
It's confusing me that there is a sustain with an extra note and then the next key starts. I was trained where it seamlessly flowed up and down the scales
Day 1: 🎉 Day 2 🎉 Day 3
I suck at the last one but I am getting there 😂
Can my voice slip into falsetto when notes are too high?
yes
Same
Where do you slip into falsetto?
I am a male who find this range comfortable, I can also sing Bass.
Day ✅
Can this video be used as a warm up exercise for your throat/voice?
Is the first exercise considered a warmup or do we have to do a different warmup before this one?
Are we supposed to do a vocal warmup before commencing these exercises? 🙏
team edge
One of the vocalists I admire the most is Ozzy Osbourne, and he doesn't have much of a vocal range. You should mention the genres that you enjoy to filter out people who don't enjoy this kind of workout, because I actually find a welcome challenge in trying to find alternate octaves in a more limited range. It makes for some interesting vocal performances.
1 day filled
Yeah I get embarrassed at the lip and tongue trill I never do that bcz of it, cuz the neighbors kids are always wandering in front of my room (in front of our house) and it's NOT SOUNDPROOF!
i got stuffy nose whenever I sing in falsetto, is it bad :
Everytime i finish this practice i feel like my nose is clogged, is it because i did it wrong? 🥺
Great video but how the hell does one do a “lip trill?”
Buzz your lips 🤣
im not even at the half of the video but my voice is tired! what should i do?
Rest your voice and come back to it. Hydrate too.
knives out
We're my altos at ?🙌
Here!!
Here!🙋🏻♀️🥰
Hereee!!
I’m here ❤
I got to say it: it might take a few seconds extra to explain how the exercises are done, but trust me so many people need it, including me because I have ADHD. So I can’t quickly in one within one minute go back-and-forth and back-and-forth and back-and-forth to find out what I’m supposed to do on a certain note, and by the time in G is over I’m singing it. So this video was like the furthest thing from helpful. And I am subscribe to the channel so I’m disappointed I guess. But I guess we can’t win them all. And there’s probably other people I’m sure that are perfectly fine with no directions except for in the description where they have to stop the video and go back and read. Personally, I think I would never make contact like that.
Ni Nay Nah No nuu
You should also try to add Tsu Shu, Phu, and Su, Tu, Pu sounds... only learnt this recently. It gives better definition.
Great video otherwise
Is effective ?
this vocal workout is only for girls but im a boy what the fuck
Try tenor bazz baritone for boys
