I have had the M3 LR in Australia for 6 weeks now and I have absolutely no issues with the turning signals and we have plenty of round abouts . Best car I've ever driven. Congratulations Tesla!
You are 100% right about the turning signal problem in yoke streeling. Drive by wire with 48Volt is the way to go on all models in future.

I get your point about the buttons on the wheel but the cybertruck and all vehicles going forward will not have this problem as the steering wheel doesn't turn more than half a turn in either direction. All Teslas will have steer by wire going forward.

I drive a new model S. I got used to the turn signal buttons, but I don’t like the horn being a small button. They should move that back to the center so you can slam the horn if you need to.
I agree with fsd is safer for me because I pay more attention to my driving.
That is exactly what I would say, if you asked me.
15:30. I have the same problem with the shift stalk on my model 3. It sometimes takes two and on rare occasions three shifts to go into gear. Very frustrating😢
20:40. You may not use the turn signals as a matter of convenience due to the wheel position but you still run the risk of a ticket… 😫

Theres some lag time after pressing the brake before you are allowed to shift gears.
I'm always sitting down, pressing brake and spamming the stock to go Drive or Reverse.

Tiny single lane roundabouts--I try to use signals *with stalks* and it's challenging and of questionable utility, NO ONE else does in my experience.

I occasionally drive past the site where they will be making LG batteries in Queen creek AZ. It has been maybe a month but it seemed they were still pushing dirt around. Perhaps LG uses a Tesla design/manufactured 4680 line? This could allow rapid deployment of the line this fall?
Parts are built all over, not just where they are moving dirt. AFAIK, Tesla has outside suppliers.
don't forget that a bankruptcy just hurts investors, lenders, and perhaps suppliers and a company can continue in bankruptcy if it has sponsorship as it does from the Middle East. Just fossil-fuel wealth being laundered and green-washed into EV's and carbon credits. Note that there is money being made in all sorts of places we do not think about.

Hard to keep the signal on with stalks in tight roundabouts but people not signalling when exiting is very annoying for everyone entering!

When to sell Tesla stock?
Maybe a lit up right arrow since you can only turn right when using the round about to exit.
Except in England and other countries like Thailand.
And Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, South and Eastern Africa etc etc. RHD cars could easily have the Left Arrow light up. Good idea.
I prefer the stocks for the turn signals. Think about it, you are turning in a round about and then you want to change lanes, well where is the signal buttons? It’s upside down maybe and which way is which? Not good. Stock is easy no question which way is left or right.
Hell , I can't even remember which stalk to use, I'm left handed.
When the stock gets back above $207, it will have recovered from the amateurishly executed earnings call.
Maybe the Letter L or R for the the direction in side the arrow would help though.

Tesla needs to either make the center part of the steering wheel immobile and have the wheel turn around it or change all cars into steer by wire ASAP to improve the situation, preferably both
It's not tesla who would have to pay 100 % fees on import in India, it is the customer.
LOL, at this point, every .22% counts
Autopilot and FSD as of today if used as copilot paying attention and keeping your hands on the steering wheel is guaranteed more safe than anything else on the streets, ignoring the minor imperfection and utilising the good behaviour you can be the best and safest driver on the streets which will get only better every day. 😉 No Stalks is amazing after you have driven it some time even in Europe.
Could turn signals be programmed so they come on automatically if / when you turn the steering wheel more than, say 60 degrees?

Bring back stalks - you don't need to know how much you've turned your wheel to use them. Buttons are just silly, as silly as my automatic signalling idea.

When I make a turn I just use one finger because the steering wheel is moving in the same direction I want to signal . Removing the turn signal stick is wrong. Sorry Elon.

FSD has a way to go according to Elon, it is only 16 times safer than without FSD, and Elon has said he wants the car to be 100 times safer than other cars. I think you have to get rid of the human before that will happen, judging by the drivers I see on the road.

Turning to look over your shoulder and past the pillars then putting the signal on is not how you change lanes. Put the signal on, check the screen and then you will see if it is clear to move over or not.
There is a lag between the turn signal and the display on the screen which is mildly irritating.

European here. Small single lane roundabouts is pretty much standard here. It’s a shame that I can’t get a stalk. I would pay for it.
It’s the one thing that would stop me from buying a Tesla if my current ride would break down tomorrow.
With steer by wire, I would at least give it a try.

This can't help the Stock Market stay up... I am with Cathy that the Future Tech Stocks will weather this better... Thinking 1920's >30's
We are not in a position to get caught with our paint's down, so no, not 20's-30's. Economy may tank sometime but not right now. Keep holding onto that idea though, sooner or later you will be correct. The available and competent workforce is shrinking and the available jobs that are higher paying is going up and will continue to do so. The lower paying jobs will soon disappear altogether. Look out for the robots.
James Cat stock astrology is not only NOT useful, it is NOT entertaining. He has consistently provided ZERO value to this $TSLA investor. I do not own a Tesla, am on the waiting list for a Cybertruck (approx 1 millionth on the list). I am an Elon fan boy because he has secured my family's financial security. The ONLY analysts worth the time are in ARK invest and perhaps, Gene Munster.
I don't see many corporations leaving Delaware over one court ruling where the board didn't do there job. Most corporations don't have a micky mouse board of yes men.
Well that's where you are wrong, that is what composes most boards. Just check the top people's compensation. It does not take a rocket scientist to see Delaware has gone off the rails.

If you have watched FSD videos (I have watched every single one of the full length unedited videos Omar has posted so far) you can see WHY the engineer from Ray's post feels like this. I do two.
AI needs two more leaps in capability which based on experts I have listened to should arrive this year. Once those features are incorporated into Teslas FSD training AI, I don't see many scenarios that the FSD won't be able to resolve new situations it encounters on the fly and without need for specific training.
However, as is (monkey see, monkey do), we could reach L4 within the next 12-18 months. The stock market will realize it long before it happens. There is too much money to be made on this one to ignore it.
