No, not boiled before frying 😊 The potatoes are peeled & halved & marinated with spices for around 10 mins & then fried on medium to low heat for around 5 mins till golden. Removed & set aside. Later on when it’s added to the curry, water is added & covered & cooked in low heat for around 10 mins. 😊
