Their fairly common around 4pm to about 10 pm on weekdays. On weekends their quite easy to find. I'm on NA as well. Maybe I am just lucky.

I lie the new hero but she needs some adjustments mainly her full guard. the reason she has it was to help fight external attacks but bp does it better in every way most external attacks are unblockable others are just not used as much so her purpose kinda is redundant if they made her full guard also work on unblockables well thats another story.

Once you get used to parrying on indicator flash your gameplay will improve substantially. Try turning down your contrast to make the flash more visible.
