So lovely to watch our meet ups from your perspective ❤ And I was never going to end up being a fan of the plantains was I as they are in the banana family and I can’t stand bananas 😂 And no problem about the light, it definitely makes filming after dark easier doesn’t it. Hopefully we’ll see you on our next Disney trip (not that I know exactly when that is yet). Meeting up on our trips is always so much fun 🥰

From SA - love your reviews. Chakalaka is a staple South African side dish made from beans (generally baked beans in tomato sauce) , fresh veggies, onions, pepper, carrots and tomatoes. Should also be spicy. Best served with BBQ meat

I hope your mother is better. You always enter in my house and i know that you don't know me, but i feel like you're a friend even though we never met. We went there in November. The cast member was asking everyone when they said what menu they wanted , if they wanted fries or salad, then what drink then what dessert. I went up and said “could I have chicken tenders, fries, Coca Cola and a Magnum please? “ She said “ that was perfect! I love you!! “ 🤣🤣
The chicken strips were real chicken pieces as opposed to processed nuggets, and seasoned with lemon and garlic (great with mayo 😉) and they were served with corn fries 😋 You got a coconut and pineapple tart with it which I think was also unique to Hakunas?
Not me immediately noticing the Infinity discount popping up iso Magic Plus, haha! Loving the CMs arranging your plate! Also, I'm a picky eater (autistic) and even if I might not be able to eat here, I'm still so stoked for better fitting food to the theming! Also you can't win; if it's all burgers and chips people complain that is all there is, and if they do something like this, people complain it's not burgers and chips, haha! I can't wait to be back for the AP Party :D

My Girls will miss the chicken strips, but I’m happy with the vegan option as I used to just get a side of rice and a side of veg, which was also really nice, and a refreshing change from burgers and fries. 91 sleeps til I can try it for myself 😋 thanks again Sam ❤
Oh Sam your a star tackling all that food…you must get some strange looks from other diners with all food on you table!! I love sweet potato fries…they make a nice change from standard French fries…. The dessert might of been better with the Nutella…. Fun video…don’t think we’d eat there though..👍🇬🇧

I could live without the chicken strips but I have to say I am so sad there's no more Hakuna fries 😭 They were different to regular fries and sooo good. But that said the new menu does make sense considering the theming.
in disneyland Paris are kids meals in general smaller portions of adult meals? i prefer the smaller portions and trying more of a variety of foods.😃Enjoyed the video!
I’m not sure about the fries as they may not do regular fries there anymore. It’s not in the menu anyway. But sometimes, CMs can be nice and help you with removing things from a meal if necessary, so I guess it depends? X
I must say this is one restaurant we haven't used. Love plantations so will have to try now. Still find it frustrating that Disney still only offer one veggie/ vegan meal per restaurant, where as meat eaters are always able to choose.
It's too expensive and the portions are too small for a guy like me and they should work more at the presentation of the food, because now it looks like a microwave dinner
