I'm not sure if you can. I think better to ask the specific liquids for the freatboard. For the fingerboard I have Dunlop 02 DEEP CONDITIONER. But this is another story, also Dunlop say that "this product (DEEP CONDITIONER) may irritate preexisting skin wounds".
I think I was waiting for about 5 min, you can wait longer for making a wax to be dry. Rubbing process - just to take off the wax. I f you will not satisfied with result you can repete the process like I did. Good luck!
Did you get any hazy spots where your hands rest on the bridge later on? I heard that’s the downside of carnauba ? I’ve got a bottle, but reluctant to put it on my custom because of this?
I just opened the cover on purpose and looked carefully. I have no trace left, everything is clean. Maybe you just need to allow the liquid to be well absorbed and settled? Also use soft microfiber when removing the crem. If you're worried about damaging your guitar, try the cream on a different varnished surface first. Anyway, in my case everything looks nice.
Pavlo Butorin Thanks for the reply. What I mean to say is if you put a lot of carnauba on your guitar, and the sweat from your hands gets on it, it turns milky or cloudy. Hazy is the word I used. I just don’t want white milk spots on my guitar later after I put the carnauba on. So if you have had no problems with this, then I think you have answered my question. Thank you
They do not go away. They are just filled and polished. Same with car wax. The only way is to wet sand and repolish with buffer, removing some material to get rid of the scratches. But that's risky. I dont know about guitar coating. Just cars.
FINALLY! A video that shows good angles of scratches and clear results.
THANK YOU!!!!!
Loved the music
The music is played by this instrument ;)
Pavlo Butorin wow
@@pavlobutorin oh, awesome! great job, man.
@@mysterones Thank you! Appreciate.
That's a beautiful finish on that guitar ❤
Good job on that guitar!I was wondering if i can use this product on my fretboard?

I think it’s worth it to remove all parts to expose as much of the guitar surface as possible before cleaning and polishing.
You, right, for sure. Next time ;)
I use the carnauba for all my basses and guitars, even to polish my watch...is a GREAT product, the best one, to me.
Nice Video, Thank You! Whats the song name?
Thank you, Samela! Smooth Attitude www.jamendo.com/track/1560997/smooth-attitude
How long does the rubbing process take? How long do you have to leave the wax on the guitar?

This Carnuba wax also works great to polish phone screens!

@@Wargasm644 then just wash your hands with soap before and be careful to put carnauba on guitar. Everything will be fine ;)

I Love ES 335! Glad that this video could be helpful.
i think scratches does not disappear they are just temporary covered ?
everything is just like on picture, Septyni. I'm satisfied with result.

well I'm the one who used alcohol solutions =P thanks for the video man! and may I ask how long did you wait for the wax to get dry?
30 min would be more than enough
Is it safe on Nitro finish?
not sure about it
After the body gloss does it make little surface scratches?
Use microfibre to scratch.
Beautiful guitar
From Venezuela. Please, my guitar has sweat or perspiration stains, and small scratches, does the product (dunlop) remove them? Thank you.
Hi, William, Try to remove oiled stains with dish washer first, than use carnauba. It should work.
@@pavlobutorin Ok, thank you.
Its nitro finish???
What do you mean, nitro, Southrider?
@@pavlobutorin nitro lacquer
@@SouthRider don't know about that, sorry.
Most Gibson are nitrocellulose lacquer.
What is the model of your the guitar?please reply me sir......🙏🏻
It's Gibson ES 137
Thanks sir
Will it remove the scratches 100%?
I think that it was made in order to remove small scratches, it will not cope with deep ones, but I am satisfied with the result, Pablo.
Does it work if I used alcohol on it?😭That makes the surface matt!
No, no alcohol! Alcohol corrodes varnish.
I am a rookie that I have no idea how to clean my guitar correctly. Appreciate!
What do you call that compound?
Which 🎸 guitar
Does it works on a mate finish?
I'm not sure, toflwrs, but I think I should work. I have only one experience that captured on video.
I have a white guitar with gloss finish, what is the best polish for it?
Ric, I have experience only with carnauba, I think it will work fine on white guitar also.
@@pavlobutorin Thank you, my guitar finish is Gloss.
Is good for nitrocelulose?
Yes
May i use car wax on guitar?
Not sure, but once it helped my guitar, too.
Your Gibson has a nitro on body? I think yes
not sure, but more likely yes then no.
@@pavlobutorinyes! and this dunlop make guitar like new one!
For sure. When I made this video I had no idea that it would be so useful for others.
Should’ve removed the knobs
Yeah, for sure )
Let's not and say we did.
