What an important topic! If the church doesn't teach truth about sexuality, cultural influence will prevail. Thank you for this content Focus on the Family!
SELF-DIFFERENTIATION makes me feel that i have ministered to my wounded child, so i don’t NEED my spouse to do it for me, but i have NOW put myself in a place where i can hear the needs of others, especially my spouse.
Whatever happened to: “Serve one another”? I have been so much happier, after “taking care of me and taking care of my past needs that i ignored for so long.” Now that i have taken care of me, i can respond to the needs he has. SELF-DIFFERENTIATION is the key to having something REAL with others.
My husband and i are Christians and have been married for 22 yrs. My husband hasn't been attracted to me in years. I can't even get him to sit with me on the couch.

"If you are not using the words
you might not get any action"💯

This is painful.
Expand whst you mean.
I am saved, my husband is not. I told him that he is to love me as Christ Loved the church. His response... I don't love myself😢. So sad
