I think that all EU players value the championship win the most.
There is different sentiment in EU, you are only valued if you bring the titles. Teams do not have draft and money limit, so the best and the richest clubs will always get the best players - so statistics is not appreciated that much as in NBA, but the title is. It is not so easy for us to switch mindset - but he is in the bad team so he can not win ? Why is he in bad team if he is good? - will be the question ? So if you do not have the championship you are not the best - that is not always the case in NBA.
