Awe I’m sorry you’re sick Trevor I hope you feel better soon. I think bring outdoors when you are under the weather is a good thing, it’s better than staying in doors. The beaches are just dancing, I am watching your video like 😮 I really want to be there. Take care guys
Thanks again for another great video! Glad to see below that Trevor’s feeling much better and hope things sort out OK with your eyes Anna. Am really glad you keep it real, please don’t change - it’s one of the reasons I love watching you guys, I think you’re both great 🥰
I’m so glad you talked about esims! My husband is retiring the end of May and we will begin our adventures slow traveling the world. We wanted to get new iPhones before we left but I was concerned because the newest iPhone only has esim capability (in the U.S., anyways). I wasn’t sure if esims would work in every country. So, since you started using them, have you had any issues where that wasn’t available? You made it sound extremely easy and I’m definitely going to check out the link you provided. I’m sorry Trevor that you weren’t feeling well, but I’m glad to hear you’re on the mend! I’m thankful that you discuss things like that on your videos. I know y’all catch some flack over it, but I’m thankful to hear the good AND not-so-good things about full time travel. Thanks for all you do to bring us these wonderful videos! ❤️❤️
Thanks Lorrie... I'm feeling much better now 😀 For the past 5 months in various countries we had no issues with esims. But since filming this we are having a new issue in a different country. Basically our connection is dropping from time to time which never ever happened before. We're trying to get that sorted out. But in general we are big fans! - Trevor
Love the videos :) you both are clearly getting a lot of sun. Please don’t forget your zinc oxide sunscreen… it will help prevent sun damage. I’m a fair skinned Canadian so I don’t leave home without it!
What makes the Philippines beautiful and a great place to travel and live, more than the stunning beaches, are the people. The country doe snot have the conveniences of the first world, which I do not like, but the kindness and friendliness of the Filipinos make all the difference. Glad you enjoyed Sugar Beach. Thank God, there was not any trash on the beach, which surprises me sometimes in other beaches. Thank you for sharing! Blessings!
I googled...being in and around salt water. It is good and bad. One thing it said is always shower after being in salt water. You can get internal infections if you don't. I was also curious because my daughter's home and property are on the salt water. ❤
@Delightful Travellers Breathing the salt water air all the time isn't good either. Look what salt water air does to your lawn furniture. It eats away the finish. It even started to erode the cement outside table at my daughter's. 🤗
Yes, thank you guys for the e-sim info! You talked about it before & we used Airalo on our trip to the UK in January & it worked great! Also, my daughter, her boyfriend & baby girl are currently in Italy & have tested positive for covid!!😖
I think the best thing you can do when you feel under the weather, is to rest, just like you are doing. Your body is asking you to let go of planning + mind chatter, let go of tours, and just relax + nap. On that beach looks like a perfect place to do that 👌 Maybe plan more slow travel so you can feel less pressure about westher or sickness? A few wks in each place?

Hi Trevor n Anna, it's best to wear a Hat or take an umbrella when you're walking outside in the heat otherwise you'd get heat stroke, as u can see all locals do not expose their head to Sunshine whilst walking.. also going in & out of air condition place to the heat can also triggers catching a cold so it is best to stay under shadey area...and your shoulder should not expose to sunshine otherwise you'd skin cancer, it's best to wear T-shirt with some loose sleeve. Better way to be a little under the weather than by a beautiful scenic beach on an island while eating healthy falafel wraps. Also, there's a lot of Filipino vegetables you can go for when looking to eat healthy in the Philippines. lol

I know the feeling of getting sick while on a holiday. Your energy is low and you just want to go back to bed and lie down more. 😔 Hope you are feeling better now and Anna didn’t catch it. Since you’re traveling all the time, take vitamin C, Zinc and Probiotics at least 10-20 billion CFU daily esp. you’re in SEA. If you’re still in the Phil. take advantage of drinking the lemonsito while in the Visayas region or calamansi in Tagalog. You can buy a small bag very cheap and squeeze 2 -3 lemons in a glass of water. Add honey or sugar ‘cause it’s sour. Drink it as often as you can and add boiled slice of ginger if you’re having itchy throat or feeling a cold is coming. I know by now you’re not in Bantayan anymore but be sure to buy zinc, vitamin c and pro biotic in any Watson or pharmacies in the city.
Okay guys, I have the BEST tip to prevent getting sick on airplanes. It's not glamorous, but we swear by it! So, I'm sure you've heard that airplane air is very dry. It is so dry that it actually cracks the blood vessels in your nose and allows for viruses to enter your bloodstream that way. That, coupled with close proximity for hours with strangers, is why so many people get sick on airplanes. Tip: Right before entering the plane, coat the inside of your nose with vaseline. Seriously. It keeps your nose from cracking and we rarely get sick on travel days now. It will change your life!
Sorry You Are Feeling To Great, I Never Been Sick Forsay, I Have Gotten Sick at home, I Did Get A nosebleed on a train ride from Paris France to Frankfurt Germany
Years ago I purchased a savoury pie for my son in Hong Kong (I know forgive me 😂 he was going through a fussy eating stage and we had been in Hong Kong for a week) he took one bite and screwed up his face 🤦♀️ 😊I’m like ready to throttle this kid until I tasted it the pastry was so sweet it was inedible just an awful combination 😂
Ginseng is a great immunity booster, 100% pure Panex ginseng (Canadian doctor recommended) if you can get it is best. Plus Zinc. Love the videos living vicariously through you both, thx so much for sharing.
Bantayn island just like in koh lipe thailand but koh lipe is more beautiful than bantayan island! If u back to thailand you have to go similan island the bluest turquoise crsytal blue water in thailand and can beat all the beaches in philippines, even koh kradan thailand can beat bantayan island.. checked all those 3 island that i mention!..
@@DelightfulTravellers your friend the the couple bloggers jumping places they are always comparing thailand and philippines when it come to island beaches they said thailand water murky and not so clear and philippes turqoise blue water and dis agree for that! I know by now you’re not in Bantayan anymore but be sure to buy zinc, vitamin c and pro biotic in any Watson or pharmacies in the city.
Thanks so much for the tips! - Trevor

Good to know Eric. We may have to try that out on our next flight 🤗- Anna
Sorry You Are Feeling To Great, I Never Been Sick Forsay, I Have Gotten Sick at home, I Did Get A nosebleed on a train ride from Paris France to Frankfurt Germany

Take STIMUNO. for stronger immune system. I took it during the lockdowns. Helped us a lot. (Not a med rep here)
Years ago I purchased a savoury pie for my son in Hong Kong (I know forgive me 😂 he was going through a fussy eating stage and we had been in Hong Kong for a week) he took one bite and screwed up his face 🤦♀️ 😊I’m like ready to throttle this kid until I tasted it the pastry was so sweet it was inedible just an awful combination 😂
Drinking water and food prep should be clean
Zinc? Yes. And vitamin D (supplement form). Then maybe ditch sugar… maybe go keto while sick. Sugar raises cortisol which weakens immune system.
We don't eat sugar at all really. But good luck ditching sugar in the Philippines ha - Trevor
LOL
Go canyoneering!!

Ginseng is a great immunity booster, 100% pure Panex ginseng (Canadian doctor recommended) if you can get it is best. Plus Zinc. Love the videos living vicariously through you both, thx so much for sharing.
