    Great video! Amaretto is made from almonds however, not hazelnuts.

    Could I use whiskey (johnnie walker)? If yes, which chocolate would it be the best pairing for it? Thank you!

      +Matheus Pegoraro yeah. You can really use any liquor for this. I would say either the milk chocolate or dark.l, depending on which you like better

      Hi there Zoe. If you look below, someone else asked me that same question and I have a bunch of suggestions 😊

    hello, could you use enything else than alkohole? And if si what? 😀😆

    • @CassandreUrsu
      @CassandreUrsu  8 лет назад +1

      Yes there are tons of different flavors besides alcoholic ones. Instead of alcohol, you could take it out and just do chocolate, or you could add a tsp of vanilla or almond extract, or 2 tbsp of raspberry purée or a raspberry chocolate truffle. You could put different flavored tea bags like earl grey or chai directly into the heavy cream while it's heating up and then add it to your chocolate as a tea flavored truffle. Hope this helps!

    can you get drunk off of these. lolz dumb question but curious none the less

    • @CassandreUrsu

      Lol no, not at all. If you look at the recipe there's only a few tbsp in the entire batch. So you wouldn't get drunk, even if you ate every single truffle. You just want the flavor, not to get your guests drunk. But I do have a cocktail video, if you want something a little stronger. Just be safe! 😊
