I did think this too at first but than God quickly said to me "if you look for me wholeheartedly you will find me" Jeremiah 29:13 Not everyone has the same path or meet up with God sometimes God seeks us out and other times We seek him . No, Christ is due all the credit even credit for coming to find us. It says in Isaiah 65:1,"I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me; I was found by those who did not seek me. We can’t muster any yearning for God unless God is actively pursuing us all the time. God is continuing his work in us and He wants us to respond to Him and we will if God so ultimately desires without Him infringing upon our will. Seek Him and we will find Him in His Word.
