    Where is the justice in punishing a person for their past actions they cant even remember? If insanity is a potent defense, much more then apex level amnesia such as past birth. A person is graded not based on previous exams but current.

      That IS justice. If someone were to slap a stranger in the face and he slaps them back he can laugh it off "well I guess I deserved that". But it's not so easy to laugh it off when you DON"T REMEMBER. So the key is to always do the right action in the moment and stop performing evil actions because you will "pay the bill later".

      @@paulpena5040 but of course cant laugh out what dont remember. For all we know, it may never have taken place. Gaslighting, remember? Moreover, if able to laugh off after a slap, that person is an embodiment of christ? Laughing or otherwise, punishment should make a person to reflect on the mistake & not repeat it. Everyone on the face of earth is guilty of something, either knowingly or otherwise.
