Once upon a time, Brendan Morrison returned to the Canucks for a PTO. The team cut their former first liner who then signed a contract with the Calgary Flames.
The Canucks decided to sign Peter Schaefer instead for some reason. For how the Canucks played out that year, Morrison might have been useful in the Stanley Cup finals.
@@bentencho Holy smokes! Was that 2010 - 11? When Brendan tried out, I had the vision that not only would he make the team but they would name him captain, but instead it went to Henrick. And of course, Peter Schaefer quit partway through the season after his lackluster return.
I feel like your right raty is the most nhl ready and has earned a spot while Joshua is out, but they need a winger which makes me think lekerimaki would maybe start the season playing up. Or else just stick with pdg.
