The moment that Peter mentioned that is between Zeek and Amber in the junkyard is one of the most beautifully acted scenes I’ve ever seen in any show period.

I don't know whether that scene was intended to be emotional...but wow...Mae and Craig T played it like champs! 😊👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@@sweetlife031 Mae said that Craig improv a lot of that so she was caught off guard with that but got emotional because she knew that he was talking off of his personal experience with his family.

I'm here because Mae Whitman is on Good Girls. So funny and down to earth. I can't wait to watch all the Parenthood episodes. I watched some, but now I know it's as good as Friday Night Lights.

The best thing Adam said "life will tear you down in lots of ways, don't tear yourself down." Not quoting it to a t but the jist even is powerful.

Just as Google manipulated me into thinking it was on Netflix ....I looked there and it was gone 😟😞 Worse way to discover a tv series, right? 🥺 I do use Peacock and IMDb for now....but I hope to get the whole series on DVD someday soon (no commercials lol)

Peter talks about a very touching scene,
I remember that scene when Zeek talked to Amber after the accident... very touching

I wonder just how many takes it took to get through that scene! It’s really hard to imagine that anybody would be faking their tears the way Mae had to cry in that scene! 😢
I cry every time I watch it 💔

I do too. Lauren Graham and Mae Whitman are a big part of why it grabbed my attention and heart ♥️ And Max burkholder just hits home runs with playing an autistic boy-- and he’s so adorably cute too 🥰

It is,a,good enough show, but man.. those kids are spoiled. Amber in high school. Yes Max has a,disability, but he can learn common decency. Like not interputing people on the phone. Not pushing his baby sister. At 10 years old an Asbetger person can be firgiven for tantrums, but at 15 there should be even a little bit of self control, like when he __wants__to use the computer and his and his aunt __has__ to use use it. But the worse of the grandchildren...Sydney. even before he folks split up she was a brat. But afterwards.....brother. what a pain
