Top speed isn't the same for electric and petrol. Electric top speed is controlled by the voltage the higher the voltage the higher the top wheel speed. The power is just how fast it gets to its max wheel speed. You can have a 2000hp electric car with very low voltage, which with make the top wheel speed 100kph but it will get there instantly. The reason we can't have voltage to high is because batteries overheat. Also the acceleration in electric is much more effective because you reach max torque and power instantly, a 50hp electric car will get to 100 faster then a 100hp petrol car
Biggest thing aswell is burst ratings for acceleration.. if the battery cant give the burst ratings the motor and battery overheat..
And can we cool the batteries?
Can this be fixed with some kind of overdrive or transmission?

Not only are we getting closer to 300 mph, the Rimac C_Two has nearly twice the power of a Veyron.
@@EpicB chiron 300 mph :D and also a non production ford gt we also go more speed claiming cars and shell cars like the f5 we might have a fake 330 mph speed test from tuatara and the jesko, gamera, and absolute still havent been tested, and we got a bolide with 0.67 hp per pound which is awsome compared to the one:1 especially since the bolide has such a huge engine

@@THESLlCK if you can upgrade the motors like in FH3 or even swap motors in from the Rimac then it'd have way more power and would drift amazingly
Retro Lad right but that would mean that you’d need to disconnect the front motors from the wheels and attach them to a driveshaft that delivers power only to the rear wheels.

So stupid lol. Theres a reason 95% of cars in forza dont even have a fwd option.
Fwd is good for daily/commuting mass produced factory things. But in terms of performance vehicles its terrible, the front wheels soon as you add power to them instantly become shit at turning.
My mate had a fwd pulsar that had the sr20 in it and if he didnt corner properly it was a death trap no room for errors you really had to know how to corner in that and in the wet it barely cornered unless you drove it like a grandma.
Mind you this thing only had 300hp max was probably around the 200-250 mark and it was deadly. Couldnt imagine 1900+ hp on a fwd car.
Many of times that thing just stopped cornering front started to slide and you just go in a straight line unable to turn. Even if he tried to launch it id watch him and because the fronts spinning he could turn the wheel 90° and the car wouldnt even turn. Even if he kept traction in a launch he could barely turn. He had to go 50% to be able to turn if he went all out the front basically "locks up" as he described and you cant turn...power and fwd is terrible you either have power or the ability to turn never both you have to sacrifice one for the other.

It would be better if they gave us full customisation over the gearbox. Currently we can't set gear ratio or adjust the power to the AWD system so it handles like shit as a result.
Honestly, even if we're able to do it, this car is only good at drag racing
@@amslucifer9678 , it's pretty quick at low speed. It just needs more grip from the tyres and an adjustment to the handling stat.

It’s top speed lies between 413 and 418 depending on your aero tuning.
best time i've gotten was a 6.835 which also might be the fastest so far but someone might get a better time since that tune is a month old now lol
Well since this car has a motor on each wheel when you change the power delivery to the front wheels you disable rear motors ? ( it has to decrease HP ? )
