If there was war and British soldiers were ordered to become involved there would be absolutely none of this nonsense with tourists. If they were living in a time of acute danger within their homeland Britain, times would be serious people would be afraid and take life seriously and they would have the utmost respect for their protecters the British military. And that is the reality.

Don't spoil the rule braking tourists. The white lines keep safety between horse and tourists.
