I've been loosing weight for the past couple of months. I was 294lbs and I am now 241lbs. I still have ~40lbs loose. Thank you Erik, watching your videos helps me control my hunger/cravings. 👍🔥

Love you Erik! I especially love how creative you are with your food challenges and food creations. Loved a lot of your early food creations... giant homemade Pop Tarts, food towers etc. Also really appreciate and admire the the videos you put out discussing your battle with anorexia and your subsequent recovery. Very brave and admirable. Keep up the great work.. your supercharged menu challenges are incredibly entertaining.
