I drove trucks back in the day and we had to ALWAYS visually inspect the kingpin to be 100% sure it was locked. Even locked into a train if you cant visually inspect it and keep it greased it wont always work ☠️

No inspections and cutting corners in construction cost killed them
Can’t trust builders or manufacturers in America 😢😢😢

Can't trust Septic Tanks - they perfected friendly fire FFS!
      Lie about EVERYTHING!
Their leaders, the best Yanks, picked by them, to represent them, are liars.
#42 - "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky."
#45 - The Washington Post's fact-checkers documented 30,573 false or misleading claims during his presidential term.(or did THEY lie?)
#43 - The 'Senate Report of Pre-war Intelligence on Iraq' concluded that many of the Administration's pre-war statements about Iraqi WMD were misleading and not supported by the underlying intelligence.' (People other than Septics call those LIES.)
These are Septics, the leaders. Who would trust a Yank?
Yanks can not be trusted to not shoot school children, their cops shoot (or smother) innocents.
Liars and murderers... or it appears that way.

More bridges are closed now in the Twin Cities, because of maintenance and repairs. We don't want this to happen again

As I have bought building permits over the years, I wonder about those inspectors who come out to verify that things are done right. Case in point, the 35W bridge SURELY got approved by some governing authority.

It was fine for the time it was designed but the traffic increased and there was talk of closure and it was scheduled to be replaced in 2020.

One thing that wasn't mentioned was the corrosive effects of the chemicals used in the winter for road surface de-icing. There was a multitude of things that came together at that moment.

    • @GuiltyOne

They do but I've worked a bridge inspector & laborer up here in Canada and the inspections are extremely lacking.... Hate to say it but more bridges will collapse due to inefficient inspections!

The new bridge sure is a beautiful, minimalistic design. But I wonder why they made the few pillars the main overspans rest on (12:36) so thin in the middle, whilst they are much wider towards the ground and towards their highest point. This cannot possibly serve any function (as far as the structure goes), I would think..

Save your time, they can't count. Have been trying to go metric since the 1970's, but haven't worked out how, bless them.
They don't go to school for fear of being shot. (They love school shootings, have one or more every week.)
Yankers are strange, vote liars in as their representatives. Hence we can not trust any of them.
