- What is Stick-Yoga?
Stick-Yoga is an innovative, gentle and effective approach to total fitness and body awareness. Warming up, stretching, and toning utilizing a stick as a prop and a tool for support and leverage is very effective. The stick is used like a third leg.

Can someone tell me how long the stick is.? I have 48” and 70” … 48” to short… 70” to long..
it should be according to ur height if ur height if 5ft then stick size will be 5.5ft to 6ft , generally also stick size is between 5ft to 6ft ..

Can I please make a suggestion that you have the video filming you, THE INSTRUCTOR and not your students as I cannot see how to execute the positions correctly looking at your back... IT doesn't make any sense you filming your back 🤨 I need to see how you are positioning your feet so I can do the positions correctly... I love stick yoga but not getting any satisfaction from your classes lookingvat your back... Many thanks - from one teacher to another 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
